I spent three hours today working on a science assignment with my marvelous, helpful, and ingenious brother. It consisted of a model of the ear, which we are making with modelling clay (that's a good option because it doesn't harden and it still retains its shape). It's driving me absolutely crazy! The eardrum closely resembles an elephant leaning forward to pass a hand-bag to the cochlea, which happens to look like a snail with three flowers on its head. We ended up in stitches of laughter over the model. I am still relatively pleased with our efforts, though I do wish it wouldn't look so perfectly ludicrous.
:(
Because this is eventually going to become a study blog (as well as as personal blog), I will begin posting about school assignments when school starts and I've had the chance to send my blog link to the class. And please don't feel left out if you're not in the class, because you still might have some excellent ideas to contribute!
